Free Yourself from Others’ Eyes with Invisible Orthodontic Treatment!
If large, conspicuous bracket appliances have made you hesitate about orthodontic treatment, we recommend the invisible orthodontic treatment of Yonsei Godeok S. The appliances are barely noticeable, so treatment feels less burdensome — and the esthetics are excellent, too.

01 Invisalign
Invisalign is an aligner system made of a special plastic material, developed by Align Technology in the United States. By switching to a new aligner matched to the movement speed of each individual tooth, it can improve a wide range of malocclusions. Through ClinCheck, a digital tooth-movement simulation program, the U.S. headquarters and your attending doctor communicate to establish the treatment plan, and the aligners are then custom-made for each individual patient.
- Tooth analysis through ClinCheck
- Communication between our clinical team and the Align headquarters
- Custom Invisalign fabrication at the headquarters
- Delivery of your customized aligners
Introducing the iTero Element 2 State-of-the-Art Intraoral Scanner
Yonsei Godeok S Dental Clinic is equipped with iTero, the state-of-the-art intraoral scanner that works hand in hand with Invisalign. No impression-taking (bite molds) is needed to fabricate your appliance — simply transmitting your initial scan data is all it takes to have the appliance made. Before treatment even begins, it predicts how your teeth will look when treatment is complete, and scanning during treatment allows comparative analysis against your initial condition to confirm that the correction is progressing well. iTero is the perfectly matched equipment essential for effective Invisalign treatment — at Yonsei Godeok S Dental Clinic, which owns the iTero scanner, you can receive more systematic Invisalign treatment.
“This is different from ordinary Invisalign treatment.”
Attachments and ClinCheck simulations refined through more than 1.5 million patient treatment cases over 15 years, and comfortable appliances fabricated from patented materials, are possible only with Invisalign. It delivers far faster and better treatment results than ordinary clear aligners hand-crafted domestically.
At Yonsei Godeok S Dental Clinic, the Chief Director — who trained at Pacific University in the U.S., renowned for Invisalign — personally performs Invisalign treatment. (Certificate of Completion presented to Dr. Seunghee Lee for the Exchange Residency Program in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.)
02 Lingual Braces
“The appliance is completely invisible from the outside.”
The appliance is bonded to the inner surfaces of the teeth so that nothing shows on the outside. Lingual orthodontics is among the most technically demanding of all orthodontic treatments, so it is important to receive it at a clinic with extensive lingual treatment experience. Yonsei Godeok S Dental Clinic has a large number of lingual orthodontic cases, and through that know-how we provide each patient with the optimal lingual orthodontic treatment.
Who Lingual Braces Are For
- Those who do not want their orthodontic appliance to show
- Those whose appearance is important professionally
- Those who are sensitive to the eyes of others
- Those preparing for a new job or for marriage
03 Combi Braces
Combi braces combine lingual braces with conventional bracket braces — the name comes from the “combination” of the two appliance types. A lingual appliance is bonded to the upper teeth so it stays out of sight, while the commonly used lip-side appliance is bonded to the lower teeth for comfort — a method that blends the two advantages. We recommend it for those who would like lingual treatment but are concerned about tongue-side discomfort from the appliance.
04 Mini-Tube Braces
The Mini Tube Appliance (MTA) is the thinnest orthodontic appliance in existence — and the smallest of all orthodontic appliances, making it a highly esthetic option that shows the least. Because it is so thin, there is little foreign-body sensation, which means fewer sores inside the mouth and easier oral hygiene.
It is mainly used for partial correction of the front teeth; for patients needing full-mouth orthodontic treatment, its use is limited due to the inherent limitations of the appliance.
